It is our delectation to watch our children grow in front of our eyes, although sometimes the process seems like a smooth sail, at times it’s a mirage in the desert. Making any child eat and eat right is a herculean task for every parent and I am sure we all can relate to it. We all struggled days putting the right nutritious food in our children’s box only to find them not eaten.
Then how can one manage everything with ease?? Every day’s hustle and bustle leave us with only one question in mind- HOW TO MANAGE TIME?
Every child in the course of time needs to learn how to do essential things especially like brushing teeth, bathing, drinking water, eating food and using the toilet. In the process of correct burgeoning - right food, correct exercise, enough sleep plays the key role. This is why it is integral that the right foods in the right proportion are given to your little one during their early years.

Every household nowadays have little ones whom we rename as fussy eaters, their dislike list is far bigger than the like list, usually the like list is brimming with ample junk options, and why not because we were the ones who introduced these unhealthy food into their menu card at one point of time. Today when we realized our mistake it is also important to make the young ones unlearn the old and relearn the new pattern of food habits. It will take time and may seem tedious but as adults we should understand first what is beneficial for our children and later imbibe the same slowly in their regime.
What to do??
Include good and nutritious foods that are beneficial to their mental and physical being in their daily life. There is nothing like seeing kids eating food-Kids eating are a sight to watch therefore we should be able to experiment with their foods. In India, since we do not use cutlery, parents can create an art out of their food, sometimes giving the tortillas different shapes, carving animals out of fruits, making healthy version of the junk at home to tingle their tastebuds. A healthy eating plate for kids is the most important way for your child to develop the habits into a coherent whole.
Healthy eating for kids is a must in these uncertain, unpredictable times. It is vital that eating habits for kids are picked up to ensure they are in a good position in the years to come. Getting kids to eat healthy is paramount. The benefits of eating healthy for kids will show in their faces, they will have a spring in their step and will be able to excel with confidence at school, for following a good eating habits’ motivation for kids will push them into higher and more beneficial frontiers. We should be the role models because 21 century children don’t learn by reading but by imitating, so let us follow healthy eating habits and children will surely pick-up with time.
A healthy lifestyle is critical for your child’s all-inclusive development. Their health is of utmost importance and should be your main concern. They need to have a nutritious diet that contains nutrients, healthy snacks, fruits and vegetables that inhere in vitamins and minerals of all kinds. As kids are physically active, their daily routine should take place while they are being offered a variety of foods. Processed foods and junk food are a big no-no and must be avoided. It is important that you give your child less oily and sugary foods and more nutritious, wholesome food.
